These terms describe the use of this private Maildesk instance. Contact the operator at rateingyt@gmail.com with questions.
Service and access
Maildesk provides a dashboard for connecting existing Gmail accounts using Google OAuth, reading and searching conversations, and composing or replying to email with attachments. Access is limited to the configured Telegram owner. You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accounts you connect, the recipients you select, and the content and attachments you send. Follow applicable laws and Google's and Telegram's terms and policies. Do not use Maildesk for spam, phishing, impersonation, unauthorized access, unlawful content, or attempts to bypass provider safeguards or limits.
Permissions and privacy
Gmail access requires your separate authorization with Google. You can disconnect an account in Maildesk or revoke access through your Google Account. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Disconnecting Maildesk does not delete your Gmail mailbox or its messages.
Availability and limitations
This instance is provided as available, without a service-level commitment. Google or Telegram restrictions, token expiration, network failures or maintenance may interrupt access. Email delivery is controlled in part by Gmail and recipient systems; Maildesk does not guarantee delivery, inbox placement or uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties and the operator is not responsible for indirect losses arising from its use. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using Maildesk at any time. The operator may suspend access for misuse, maintenance or service discontinuation. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Maildesk is independent of Google and Telegram and is not endorsed by either company.
